CAN OVERSEAS WORKERS BRING THEIR FAMILY?

An overseas worker can include their partner, children and any dependent family members in their Australian visa application.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS?

These family members must meet the same requirements as the person applying for the visa in regard to health, character and health insurance.

DO I NEED TO TELL MY BUSINESS SPONSOR?

The business sponsor must agree to include any family members as secondary sponsored persons by including them in the Australian work visa nomination application, or in a letter attached to their visa application.

The Australian visa application can not be determined before the employer’s application regarding nominated positions has been approved.
